Returns & Exchanges

At Fuse Lenses, we want you to see the world clearly and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lenses aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Lenses

  Place your lenses back in their original protective sleeve and secure them in a padded mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange lenses within 3-5 business days.
